• Meeting at the airport and departure to Thessaloniki
• Arrival at Macedonia airport of Thessaloniki, transfer to hotel to settle in
• A first acquaintance with the city of Thessaloniki. We will go to the Church of St Demetrius, patron Saint of the city
• 1^st overnight

• In the morning , after breakfast , we depart to Souroti, to pay our respects at the resting place of St.Paisios the Athonite at the Monastery of St.John the Theologian
• After we will go to the town of Ouranoupolis
• We will board a boat to go on a boating tour around Mt Athos, the Holy Mountain, and see all the monasteries of this unique monastic community
• Return to Thessaloniki
• 2st overnight

Friday

• After breakfast , we depart to Kalampaka where  there are the cliffs of Meteora and where the most important monastic communities are found
• Meteora are a UNESCO world heritage monument
• We will visit the Monastery of the Great Meteoron, the Monastery of St.Stefanos and you will see many monasteries literally clinging on the rocks
• Return to Thessaloniki
• 3st overnight

• After breakfast , we will have a guided tour of Thessaloniki. We will visit the Church of Haghia Sophia and then we will walk the centre of the town and stroll along the magnificent seafront of Thessaloniki until we get to the White Tower, the most famous landmark of the town
• 4st overnight

• Breakfast.
• Departure to the famous Monastery the Annunciation near the town of Ormylia
• It is one of the many metropolises of Mount Athos in the ragion of Ormylia accommodating 110 nuns
• Free time in the beautiful Sithonia peninsula of Halkidiki, one of the most visited tourist regions of Greece
• Arrival at Macedonia airport
• Departure
