• Meeting at the airport and departure to Thessaloniki.
• Arrival, transfer to hotel and settle in
• In the afternoon a first walk to get to know the beautiful town of Thessaloniki
• Overnight

Sunday

• Breakfast and departure to Kalambaka where there are the cliffs of Meteora and where the most important monastic communities are found
• Meteora are a UNESCO world heritage monument
• We will visit the Monastery of the Great Meteoron, the Monastery of St.Stephen and you will see many monasteries literally clinging on the rocks
• Transfer to the town of Trikala, one of the modern cities and overnight

Monday

06/10/25

• Breakfast and departure to Veroia and the Monastery of St.Kyriaki
• We will continue to the town of Veroia and the Altar of Saint Paul the Apostle, the place where he preached 
• Immediately after we leave to the town of Edessa, well known for its small and big waterfalls that we will have the opportunity to admire
• Return to Thessaloniki and overnight

Tuesday

07/10/25

• Wake up and breakfast at the hotel – Depart for Rilas Monastery
• After several stops, we’ll arrive at the Rilas Monastery, with its rich architecture, declared a UNESCO world heritage monument in 1983
• Depart for Santanski
• Arrive at the hotel and settle in
• Free time to explore the city
• Dinner and overnight

Wednesday

• Wake up and breakfast at the hotel
• Free time for last minute shopping at Sandanski 
• Depart for Melnik, known for its wines, Macedonian architecture and Byzantine vibe. 
• We’ll walk along the cobbled streets and bridges and we will visit the Wine Museum
• Lunch at one of the traditional taverns
• Depart for Thessaloniki

Thursday

09/10/25

• Breakfast and departure to Skra lake where we will enjoy the turquoise waters and the waterfalls.
• Return to Thessaloniki where we will visit the Church of St.Dimitrios, patron Saint of Thessaloniki, Agia Sofia Church and we walk along the wonderful seafront, to the White Tower, the most important landmark of the town
• Overnight

• Breakfast and free time for walks and shopping in Thessaloniki
• Transfer to airport and return flight
